The Sunset Coast by Nigel Carrington

Along the coast, the sunset softly spills,
Gold melting into violet hills.
The ocean holds the dying light,
Waves edged in fire, calm and bright.

The sky exhales in crimson breath,
Where day surrenders without death.
Gulls trace shadows, slow and wide,
As amber fades with the turning tide.

Salted air and glowing foam,
The shoreline feels like borrowed home.
In that last light, warm and vast,
The sunset coast lets time drift past. 🌅
